Terms of Use
Last updated October 10, 2026
Draft for review before public launch. Have a lawyer review these terms.
Welcome to Muse. By creating an account or using Muse you agree to these terms.
Who can use Muse
You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. One person per account; keep your sign-in secure.
Be kind: zero tolerance for abuse
Muse has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post or send anything that is sexual or sexually suggestive, depicts or involves minors in any inappropriate way, harasses, bullies, threatens or demeans anyone, is hateful or violent, invades someone's privacy, impersonates someone, is spam, or is illegal. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without notice.
Photos of people
Only post photos you own or have permission to share, and only allow others to draw a photo if everyone pictured has agreed. Never post photos of anyone under 18.
Reporting and blocking
Use Report on any post or drawing that breaks these rules, and Block to stop someone from seeing or interacting with you. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours, including removing content and the accounts that posted it.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you create and share. By posting, you give Muse permission to store and display it to Muse members so the service works. When you draw someone's shared photo, the drawing is yours, and it is delivered to the person you drew and shown in the community. You can delete your posts or your whole account at any time.
Muse's content
The Muse app, name, design, and the Mimi character and artwork belong to Muse's owner. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.
No warranty; limits
Muse is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us to use Muse (if any).
Changes
We may update these terms; if changes are significant we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Muse means you accept the updated terms.
